Speed Training with Andy Bos: Coach Bos is a good friend of LCTF and came and helped us out this season on numerous occasions. Some of our Athletes have trained with him this past Winter. His Sessions are on Monday and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 (starting June 13th) at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
